While the coordinators went to go check out our apartments, the rest of us hung out and played Taboo. Finally we were able to go to our respective apartments (TIP in one, and HMP in another). The apartment, Tulip House E-177 in Greater Kailash, is adorable. 3 bed/3 bath, and a super cute living room. It’s so much nicer than we all expected! Anyway after we got all freshened up, our housekeeper, Siddarth, made us breakfast. A bunch of us decided to go get SIM cards for our phones, so we all took autos to the place but then realized we’d need passport pictures to buy SIMs. We ended up walking through a dog-infested alley to find a place to take pictures, and it was basically a tiny enclosure with a bunch of different sceneries wallpapered to the walls. It also happened to be like 400 degrees, and we were all completely soaked in sweat. That turned out to be quite the adventure, though, and I’m glad we went. The rest of the day we pretty much just rested at the apartment. Sightseeing tomorrow! Can’t wait :)

The One Where We Arrive In India
We landed in Delhi at about 5:30 am today. We went through the custom lines and then went to pick up our luggage. After spending about an hour at the airport we all piled into a huge 
bus with our luggage and left the airport. The weather here is humid, it seems like it’s been raining lately. While the coordinators went to go check out our apartments, the rest of us hung out and played Taboo. Finally we were able to go to our respective apartments (TIP in one, and HMP in another).
